Dates: January 9, 2019 – February 12, 2019 (5 weeks)

Description:
 This 5-week online course will provide participants with the skills and tools to effectively communicate the vision and goals of the library program and to describe how the program connects with the goals and priorities of their schools, districts, and/or states. It will help them understand stakeholders' perspectives and how to best address a variety of audiences to gain support and build coalitions outside of the school librarianship field. Communicating and Coalition-Building for Change is the third of four Lilead Leaders courses.

Eligibility:
  School library professionals at any level (building, district, or state)
